Job summary

Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a friendly Server to join our private club dining team. You will greet members, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service in a polished environment.

This full-time role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shift time Wednesday through Sunday, 4 PM to 11 PM. We offer medical, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and daily onsite meals.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-and-guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid Food Handler and TABC certification required on the first day of work.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about offerings, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and food runners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, offering refills and additional items proactively.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set and reset.
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions securely.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and responsible service standards.
• Support team members, including bussers and runners, to provide seamless service.
• Ensure that each interaction reflects the club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Other job duties as assigned.
