Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and hand‑wash items.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware.
• Keep dish area organized, sanitized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with basic prep tasks including washing, peeling, chopping, portioning, and labeling.
• Support line cooks during service with restocking and light cooking tasks.
