Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English as required for communication, training, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage food preparation for the Pastry and Dessert Program.
• Plan, prepare and decorate special pastry items as necessary.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in the bake shop.
• Evaluate par levels and inventory; minimize waste and theft.
• Prepare baked goods for daily service and special events, including wine dinners.
