Qualifications

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing member data
• Professional presence with confidence engaging high-level clientele

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full membership lifecycle: prospecting, onboarding, engagement
• Review and manage membership applications, ensuring alignment with standards and culture
• Meet or exceed membership and revenue targets through strategic planning and outreach
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized member experience with exceptional service standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing needs, concerns, and feedback
• Develop initiatives, events, and programs that increase engagement and satisfaction
• Proactively identify and retain at-risk members to minimize churn and strengthen loyalty
• Lead, coach, and develop membership/reception team members and collaborate across departments
• Work closely with operations, events, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless member experience
• Develop and execute membership strategies and action plans to drive growth
• Track and analyze key metrics such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
