Cattlemen's Club in Fort Worth seeks a General Manager to lead every facet of the private club’s operation, from member experience to financial performance and brand stewardship.

This senior leader will align operations, culinary excellence, membership strategy and hospitality standards while serving as the primary steward of the Club’s brand, culture and community partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive executive leadership within a luxury private club, fine dining or upscale hospitality.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience driving membership acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, labor management and revenue optimization.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems, POS platforms and membership analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building and community partnership skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic business plans while maintaining hands-on operational leadership.
  • Outstanding communication, coaching, conflict resolution and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering an elevated, personalized member experience.

  • Recruit, mentor and retain high-performing leaders and team members.
  • Establish measurable performance expectations and succession planning.
  • Oversee membership lifecycle, engagement, retention and renewal.
  • Build relationships with members and prospective members.
  • Develop programming that increases engagement, referrals and satisfaction.
  • Respond to member concerns with urgency and discretion.
  • Direct daily operations across dining, events and member services.
  • Maintain premier standards for cleanliness, safety and readiness.
  • Oversee scheduling, inventories, purchasing and administrative processes.
  • Drive revenue growth through membership development and operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, labor, cost controls and reporting.
  • Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement.
  • Represent the Club in the community and cultivate partnerships.
  • Collaborate on long-term planning with Ownership and leaders.
  • Protect and elevate the Cattlemen's Club brand.

Position Overview

The General Manager serves as the senior hospitality leader responsible for every aspect of the Cattlemen's Club operation, including member experience, service excellence, membership growth, financial performance, team development, community engagement, and strategic execution. This leader creates an exceptional private club culture by aligning operations, culinary excellence, membership strategy, and hospitality standards while serving as the primary

steward of the Club's brand.

Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, develop and inspire all departments while fostering accountability, integrity and hospitality excellence.
  • Recruit, mentor and retain high-performing leaders and team members.
  • Establish measurable performance expectations and succession planning.
Member Experience & Membership Growth
  • Oversee the complete membership lifecycle including prospecting, onboarding, engagement, retention and renewal.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and prospective members.
  • Develop programming that increases member engagement, referrals and satisfaction.
  • Respond to member concerns with urgency, discretion and professionalism.
Operations & Club Execution
  • Direct all daily operations ensuring consistency across dining, events and member services.
  • Maintain premier standards for cleanliness, safety and operational readiness.

Financial & Business Leadership
  • Drive revenue growth through membership development, programming and operational excellence.
