Job summary

Linville Golf Club is seeking a Lodging Operations Manager to lead the lodge, rental homes, reservations, housekeeping, and guest services. This full-time, year-round role reports to the Assistant General Manager and aims to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience while upholding the Club’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in hotel, resort, private club, or luxury lodging operations.
Supervisory experience with front office and housekeeping operations required.
Experience managing vacation homes or luxury residential rental programs is highly desirable.
Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Direct the daily operation of the Club's lodge and house rental program.
Oversee reservations, guest arrivals and departures, room assignments, and scheduling.
Ensure all accommodations meet cleanliness, presentation, and comfort standards.
Develop standard operating procedures for lodging functions.
Monitor occupancy trends and optimize utilization across the season.
