Job summary

Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club in St. George, Utah, part of the Troon global network, seeks a full-time Golf Course Superintendent to lead all agronomy and course maintenance activities.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier turfgrass conditions for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a degree in agronomy or related field, 2–5 years of experience, and a valid driver’s license; pesticide license is preferred.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent with two to five years of related experience or training; degree preferred in agronomy, horticulture, or plant and soil science.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pesticide license preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops annual budgets and capital plans; manages expenses in line with directives.
• Oversees agronomy activities: greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, landscapes.
• Implements Troon Golf Agronomy standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains equipment and ensures proper maintenance of facilities.
