Our Golf Course Superintendent provides leadership to an important function that is responsible for all aspects of golf course maintenance, ensuring turfgrass conditions and club landscaping meet established standards and elevating the overall course experience. Under the leadership of the General Manager, this role promotes high-level hospitality and golf course conditions for members and their guests with the goal of enhancing the image and member experience of Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club.

Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, and two to five years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree preference in agronomy, horticulture, or plant and soil science.
Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g., the associate may be required to communicate with English‑speaking customers or co‑workers, and the manuals for the equipment the associate may use are in English).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Outstanding communication skills — written and verbal — are required to interact with members, senior leadership, other departments, outside agencies and vendors, and colleagues.
Independent thinker with outstanding time management skills — ability to manage priorities and schedules that change on a daily basis.
Strong communication skills and proficient knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong organizational skills: time management, attention to detail, ability to self‑start. Strong work ethic.
