Job summary

The Club at Crested Butte in Crested Butte, Colorado is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall financial performance with a member-focused, service-driven approach.

As an associate of Troon, you will guide leadership across departments, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and uphold the standards of a premier private club while engaging with the Crested Butte community.

Qualifications

• Private club leadership experience at a high-end club (Golf Operations, Membership, or F&B).
• Outgoing, personable, energetic, and professional leadership style.
• Strong ability to motivate teams and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree; CMAA or PGA/LPGA Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, approachable presence to enhance Member experience.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers while fostering service culture.
• Oversee all club operations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, improve profitability.
• Communicate with Troon and Ownership, align priorities with the club vision.
• Develop annual business plans and capital improvements.
• Leverage technology to enhance operations and Member experience.
• Ensure facilities meet premier private club standards.
• Represent the Club within the Crested Butte community.
