Job summary

The Hillsboro Club in Hillsboro Beach, FL seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver an exceptional drinking experience for our members at a premier oceanfront private residence club. You will mix cocktails, serve a wide range of beverages, and provide standout guest service in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of bartender experience, a Florida bartending license, and open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or upscale restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

Job DetailsJob Location: Hillsboro - HILLSBORO BEACH, FL 33062 Position Type: Seasonal The Hillsboro Club, an exclusive oceanfront private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Bartender to provide an excellent drinking experience for our members at our gorgeous property. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide variety of drinks to our valued members, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This is a fast-paced, customer service-oriented position that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for the hospitality and restaurant industry. The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The ideal candidate for this role must have an open availability and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club operational needs. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive compensation, employees have access to health insurance and other benefits. • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing more than 20 pounds as needed.

Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license in the state of Florida.
