Qualifications

• 3+ years of front desk/guest services experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience leading front-of-house teams in hospitality or private clubs.
• Strong knowledge of reservation and membership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of the reception area, including staffing, scheduling, and coverage.
• Oversee reservation, waitlist, and membership check-in systems, ensuring accuracy and smooth flow.
• Set and uphold standards for greeting, phone, and email etiquette across the team.
• Resolve escalated member or guest concerns with poise and discretion.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop reception staff to reflect The June's standards.
• Conduct regular check-ins, coaching, and performance management.
• Build and maintain training materials and onboarding processes for the front desk.
• Monitor labor costs and scheduling efficiency for the reception team.
• Maintain accurate membership and guest records.
