Job summary

Troubadour Golf & Field Club, located just outside Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Dishwasher to join the Food & Beverage Culinary Department. The Dishwasher will operate cleaning equipment, wash dishes, and help keep the kitchen ready for service.

The role requires light prior experience in a high-end setting and offers opportunities to be part of a premier private club experience for members and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Three months of prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club is required.
• Formal culinary certification or relevant on-the-job training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation standards in kitchen areas, wash dishes and clean workspaces.
• Provide clean utensils and ensure proper storage for F&B operations.
• Maintain safety and chemical-concentration logs; assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Daily set ups of china, glassware, and silverware for all outlets.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to the Executive Chef.
