Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking a General Utility/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and related areas at TPC Southwind in Memphis, TN. You will support dishwashing, setup of buffet tables, and assist cooks and the Executive Chef as needed.

Shifts are required based on business levels; travel is not expected. This role emphasizes safe handling of waste, proper equipment operation, and teamwork in a high-volume food service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas.
• Willingness to assist in food preparation and dishwashing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms, and back-of-the-house areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster and receiving area.
• Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen and storeroom into refuge receptacles on a regular basis.
• Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas to dumpster area.
• Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of hazards and in good working order.
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils to ensure proper supply levels for the department.
• Assist in storing of grocery and supply items.
• Set up and operate dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems; notify supervisor of malfunctions.
• Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the preparation of food as needed.
• Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
