A local country club is seeking an experienced Dining Room / Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations. Responsibilities include managing supply inventories, supervising staff, coordinating events, and ensuring sanitation standards are met. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of food and beverage management experience, is at least 21 years old, and demonstrates strong customer service skills. This role offers a competitive salary between $55,000 and $65,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years food and beverage management experience and/or training.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience (preferably in Clubs).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises inventories of materials and supplies.
• Maintains par levels based on facility needs.
• Coordinates menu planning with Executive Chef.
• Responsible for interviewing, training, and directing staff.
