Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will maintain beverage control, pour accurately, and serve members and guests while keeping the bar clean and stocked to club standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a certification in alcohol and food safety, with prior Food & Beverage service experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)—with weekend and holiday shifts common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Previous Food & Beverage service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic bar and wine knowledge.
• Ability to open a bottle of wine with a wine tool.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages at the bar.
• Know members’ names and greet them warmly.
• Accurately take and fulfill member and guest orders.
• Resolve complaints professionally and recover service.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily features.
• Support team and participate in the 3-steps of service.
