Job summary

Invited is seeking a Bartender to uphold beverage control, ensure accurate pouring, and serve products while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will deliver exceptional service aligned with the club’s standards and meet member expectations.

The role emphasizes the 3-steps of service and a warm, personalized experience. Responsibilities include setting up the bar, stocking items, and maintaining knowledge of the menu and daily features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness required.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service training program.
• Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Know members’ names, greet them promptly and provide a personalized experience.
• Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally and notify management as needed.
• Prepare the bar area for service and maintain full stock and organization.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure daily assignments and side work are completed.
