Job summary

Invited is seeking a bartender to maintain beverage control, pour accurately, and serve members with a focus on the club’s standards. You will polish the bar area, stock supplies, and deliver the 3-steps of service to ensure a superior member experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing drinks, and resolving issues professionally. The role requires knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, and daily features, with occasional outdoor service ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in alcohol and foodsafety awareness.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Commitment to professionalism and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&B service program.
• Assist with service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Accurately execute orders and requests in a timely manner.
• Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally.
• Prepare bar area for service and ensure stock is full at shift start.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and an organized work area.
• Keep knowledge of the full menu, features, and specials.
• Ensure liquor, beer, and wine are stocked and poured correctly.
• Support team and participate in 3-steps of service.
