Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of bartending experience required; high-volume setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine.
• Ability to discuss wine varietals, regions, styles and pairings.
• Passion for food and menu ingredients; confident speaking about items.
• Ability to manage multiple drink orders with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with restaurant POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages according to CCV recipes and standards.
• Execute drink orders quickly and accurately for bar guests and service tickets.
• Greet members and guests warmly and develop relationships with regulars.
• Learn member preferences and personalize experiences.
• Provide recommendations based on member preferences and occasion.
• Maintain organized, stocked bar during service and assist with inventory.
