Qualifications

• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or Smart Serve).

• Strong foundation in mixology, wine service, and the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8–10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks according to club specifications.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menus and specials.
• Perform bar setup and maintenance throughout the shift.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Adhere to liquor laws and ensure member safety.
• Coordinate with servers and culinary team during events.
