• 2+ years accounting experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and billing for the Club and HOA.
• Prepare and process monthly member and homeowner statements.
• Post payments, charges, credits, and adjustments accurately.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collection follow-up.
• Assist with month-end close and annual audit; support payroll and HR processes.
