Job summary

Withum seeks a Private Client Services Tax Supervisor in Red Bank, NJ. The role leads audit engagements, mentors staff, and builds client relationships while delivering tax planning and compliance for high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA (or in progress), and 4+ years of public accounting experience, with strong client service and leadership skills. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA licensure required or in progress with parts passed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Masters is preferred but not required.
• At least 4 years of public accounting experience.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review high net worth individual returns.
• Review fiduciary accountings for estates and trusts and complex fiduciary returns.
• Provide tax planning and consulting for high net worth clients.
• Research and advise on estate, gift and trust issues.
• Oversee billing and collections and manage engagements.
• Coach, mentor and supervise staff and seniors.
