Job summary

Taurus Search partners with a growing national CPA and advisory firm to add a Private Client Tax Partner in its Dallas office. You do not need to be a Partner to be considered.

The firm seeks accomplished Tax Senior Managers and Directors ready to move directly into Partner, or current Partners seeking a larger national platform. You will advise high-net-worth individuals and private owners, expanding the Private Client practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-net-worth private client tax services.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.
• Leadership of tax teams in a public-accounting setting.
• CPA or equivalent advanced tax qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Private Client Tax practice for the Dallas office.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and business owners.
• Mentor and developSenior Tax professionals and managers.
• Collaborate on ownership opportunities and practice strategy.

Job description

A growing national CPA and advisory firm is looking to add a Private Client Tax Partner to its Dallas office.

You do not need to currently be a Partner to be considered.

The firm is specifically open to accomplished Tax Senior Managers and Tax Directors who are ready to make the step directly into Partner, alongside existing Partners who may be interested in joining a growing national platform.

This is an opportunity for someone who has built a strong career advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and privately held business owners and is ready for greater ownership, visibility and influence.

You’ll join an established national firm with a growing presence in the New York market and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in developing the Private Client practice.

What we're looking for:

• Current Tax Senior Manager, Director or Partner within public accounting
• Strong HNW / Private Client Services tax experience
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Comfortable leading and developing teams
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building relationships and growing the practice
• CPA and/or relevant advanced tax qualification preferred
