Taurus Search is helping a growing national CPA and advisory firm augment its Denver Private Client Tax practice with a Partner-level hire.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished Tax Senior Manager, Director, or existing Partner ready to move into a Partner role, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients and private business owners. This is a confidential, growth-focused opportunity in Denver.

Qualifications

• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families and privately held business owners.
• Strong track record in managing senior client relationships.
• Ability to lead and develop teams within a growth-focused private client practice.
• Interest in ownership, visibility and expanding the Private Client platform.

Job description

A growing national CPA and advisory firm is looking to add a Private Client Tax Partner to its Denver practice.

You do not need to currently be a Partner to be considered.

The firm is specifically open to accomplished Tax Senior Managers and Tax Directors who are ready to make the step directly into Partner, alongside existing Partners who may be interested in joining a growing national platform.

This is an opportunity for someone who has built a strong career advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and privately held business owners and is ready for greater ownership, visibility and influence.

You’ll join an established national firm with a growing presence in the New York market and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in developing the Private Client practice.

What we're looking for:

• Current Tax Senior Manager, Director or Partner within public accounting
• Strong HNW / Private Client Services tax experience
• Experience managing senior client relationships
• Comfortable leading and developing teams
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building relationships and growing the practice
• CPA and/or relevant advanced tax qualification preferred
