BDO USA's Private Client Services (PCS) is a boutique practice serving high net-worth individuals and families, offering tax compliance and consulting across estate, gift, trust, and related planning.

The Tax Managing Director, Private Client Services, leads engagements, mentors staff, reviews complex tax returns, and develops client relationships while contributing to firm leadership and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics (required); Master’s in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance or law (required).
• CPA/EA/Attorney or equivalent credential required; other professional degrees or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads tax and consulting engagements and mentors the team on client needs and tax planning.
• Serves as primary client contact for preparation and presentation of complex issues.
• Reviews complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, S‑Corp, foundations, partnerships, and gifts.
