Job summary

BPM in San Francisco is seeking a Tax Manager within BPM's Private Client Services (PCS) practice to serve high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, executives, and family offices, helping navigate complex tax matters and preserve wealth.

You'll lead sophisticated tax compliance and consulting engagements, identify proactive planning opportunities, and collaborate with Partners to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public accounting.
• BS/BA in Accounting (Masters preferred).
• Licensed CPA or EA.
• Ability to research complex tax issues across entities and industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Oversee complex tax research projects for diverse clients and industries.
• Minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities for clients.
• Supervise tax associates and manage day-to-day service delivery.
• Develop and mentor tax seniors and associates through feedback and guidance.
• Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality work on time.
