Job summary

BPM is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our Private Client Services team, focusing on UHNW individuals and families. You will lead complex tax planning, compliance, and strategy for trusts, estates, partnerships, and closely held businesses in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public accounting with emphasis on tax.
• Licensed CPA or EA certification.
• Ability to research complex tax issues across entities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience mentoring associates and managing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex tax research projects for diverse clients.
• Provide tax compliance and consulting to UHNW individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
• Supervise tax associates and manage day-to-day delivery of services.
• Develop and motivate staff through coaching and career guidance.
• Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities.
