InstantServe LLC in Chicago is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager to lead tax engagements and provide planning, compliance, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and private wealth clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong public accounting experience, expertise in individual, gift, estate, and trust taxation, and the ability to manage complex returns, build client relationships, and mentor junior team members.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Active CPA license (required).
• At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Managerial role is preferred.

• Lead and manage tax engagements while ensuring timely and high-quality client service.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex individual, gift, estate, and trust tax returns.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and advisory solutions to high-net-worth individuals and private wealth clients.
