This is a full-time hybrid role for a technically strong professional who takes pride in high-quality work, managing client relationships, and leading engagement execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience at the manager level in public accounting.
• Strong technical foundation across pass-through entities, individual taxation, and multi-state compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements and make informed technical decisions.

Aufgaben

• Review and manage preparation of federal and state income tax returns for closely held businesses, individuals, and trusts.
• Own engagements from planning through delivery, including timelines, staffing, and client communication.
• Analyze and resolve technical tax issues.
• Provide direct, actionable feedback to staff and seniors and support their development through coaching.
• Contribute to and help lead tax planning and advisory engagements focused on practical outcomes.
• Manage multiple engagements while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
