Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Private Client Services (PCS) Manager in the Tax Department in Florham Park, NJ. You will lead tax return reviews, projections and workpapers for individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships and S-corporations, while delivering proactive client service.

You will coach staff, manage multiple engagements, perform tax research, and keep current on new tax issues and industry trends to sustain high-quality client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; Masters in Taxation is preferred.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Knowledge of hedge fund and private equity K1s.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Aufgaben

• Review of tax returns, income tax projections and tax workpapers.
• Prepare federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns.
• Provide consulting, planning and compliance for clients.
• Oversee day-to-day needs of clients and tax return process.
• Perform tax research to resolve issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with proactive client service.
• Coordinate with Partner and staff for timely planning of projects.
• Coach, mentor and assist staff to grow the tax practice.
• Stay informed on new tax issues and business trends impacting clients.
