Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking center experience that required client service deposit account servicing or transaction processing experience required.
• Prior trust administration/operations, investments or paralegal experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and facilitate client service requests for the Private Client Services team.
• Move client-authorized requests between clients, relationship managers, and internal teams.
• Initiate and process transactions for deposit and loan accounts.
• Facilitate fiduciary-related transactions under fiduciary team guidance.
• Collect and route documentation to validate authority and instructions.
• Provide factual, non-advisory updates on transaction status and requirements.
• Assist with opening new private client accounts with documentation gathering.
• Coordinate private banking loans documentation and due diligence for handoffs.
• Provide in-branch support for walk-in client service needs.
• Perform teller transactions and cash handling.
