• Professional communication with all levels of staff and clients

Responsibilities

• Serve clients and advisors, answer day-to-day questions
• Schedule meetings, manage databases, and plan client events
• Support marketing efforts and client interactions
• Produce analytical reports using internal tools
• Maintain confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors and Management in the local office
