Qualifications

• 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience required
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Able to interface with all levels of employees and clients professionally
• FINRA registrations: SIE, Series 7/63 or 66 preferred or willing to obtain (sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including the creation, maintenance and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations
• Calendar management and coordination of meetings, including all logistics
