Responsibilities

Assist other team members with client files when necessary.
Assist the executive team in estate planning preparation.
Complete the Estate Analysis Financial and/or Business Analysis for Executive Team.
Prepare client presentations including PowerPoint presentations, estate planning binders and personal financial statements.
Attend client meetings/conference calls when available or as needed.
Research existing client files for updates and accuracy.
Cross reference legal designs with current legal documents.
Contact the drafting Attorney for additional updates.
Contact insurance carriers for updated values in-force illustrations.
Contact the JCM client and/or advisors for updates to Personal Financial Statements.
First line point of contact for client relationship servicing issues.
Process, follow up and maintenance of retitling of client assets.
