Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong attention to detail and high personal work product standard.
• Experience in client service for high net worth individuals is a plus.
• Experience with estate planning documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist other team members with client files when necessary
• Assist the executive team in estate planning preparation
• Complete the Estate Analysis Financial and/or Business Analysis for Executive Team
• Prepare client presentations including PowerPoint presentations, estate planning binders and personal financial statements
• Attend client meetings/conference calls when available or needed
• Research existing client files for updates and accuracy
• Cross reference legal designs with current legal documents
• Contact the drafting Attorney for updates
• Contact insurance carriers for updated values in-force illustrations
• Contact the JCM client and/or advisors for updates to Personal Financial Statements
• First line contact for client relationship servicing issues
• Process, follow up and maintenance of retitling of client assets
