Job summary

Bindmans LLP in London, with offices in Barnes and Chiswick, seeks a motivated partner to join our first-class Private Client team. You will lead Private Client matters including wills, estate administration, Court of Protection, LPAs, Probate and Trusts, while driving business development and mentoring a team across Barnes and Chiswick offices.

An eight-year PQE and a strong academic background are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience of Private Client work is essential
• STEP accreditation (preferred)
• Self Sufficient and motivated
• Proven experience in business development and team management.
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire those around you.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives and grow the Private Client practice.
• Mentor and manage a talented team across partners, solicitors, and support staff.
• Utilise expertise across wills, estate administration, Court of Protection, LPAs, Probate, and Trusts.
• Help shape strategy and culture, contributing to the department's growth.
