Capital Group is seeking a Private Client Operations Associate in Irvine, CA to support the Private Operations Team with account opening, maintenance, cash processing, transfers, and record retention. You will handle a range of processing tasks, maintain accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvements in resources and technology.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and the ability to work independently with initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates account opening and maintenance, cash processing and transfers.
• Manages record retention and alternative processing with accuracy.
• Owns assigned tasks and ensures timely completion.
• Produces work independently with minimal guidance from seniors.
• Identifies gaps and drives process and technology improvements.
