Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required.
• Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 strongly preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within twelve months from date of hire
• Proficient skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• High ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Be the Client Experience Champion, serving as a primary point of contact for clients and coordinating between clients and advisors.
• Keep the operational engine running by handling account openings, documentation, asset transfers, and ensuring timely completion.
• Support investment and money movement requests, including wires, ACH, and internal journals, with accuracy.
• Prepare advisors for meaningful client conversations by assembling meeting materials and updating CRM records.
