You will solicit referrals, manage complete client relationships, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. The role requires licensing progress within 180 days and willingness to work weekends and evenings.

Formación

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and compliance.
• Must meet risk, regulatory and licensing requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with a welcoming environment.
• Manage clients and banking relationships using an advice-based approach.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
