Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker at a Chase branch to deliver hospitality-driven service to affluent clients while promoting Chase's financial solutions and digital platforms.

You will manage client relationships across the bank, solicit referrals, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex wealth needs, while ensuring compliance and risk controls. This role requires weekend/evening hours and successful licensing within 180 days of hire.

• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and processes quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Education

High school diploma / GED or foreign equivalent

College degree or military equivalent (preferred)

Relationship-building and client experience

New client acquisition and revenue generation

Excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone)

Attention to detail and issue resolution

Regulatory compliance and risk awareness

Licensing readiness (SIE, FINRA 6, 63, Life licenses)
