Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers. You will manage their complete banking relationship with an advice-based approach to grow balances and deepen relationships.

You will collaborate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists and help them access self-service options 24/7. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and FINRA Series 6/7 or state licenses within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• Must be able to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Chase Private Client and other clients in the Branch.
• Manage client relationships with an advice-based approach to promote suitable products and services.
• Coordinate with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients to specialists.
• Facilitate 24/7 self-service access by sharing and setting up online banking options.
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
