Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in New York seeks a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to be the main contact for a select group of affluent clients and other customers, managing their complete banking relationship with a proactive, advisory approach.

You will partner with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with experts, promote the Chase Private Client value, and enable convenient 24/7 self‑service access.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state licenses and Life, or must be completed within 180 days of starting
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts who can help them with specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access their accounts 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
