Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage affluent clients and a broader client base. You will actively grow relationships by cross-selling products, soliciting referrals, and coordinating with Specialists to meet complex financial needs.

The role requires experience in relationship banking, a willingness to obtain required licenses, and the ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. This is a full-time position in a Chase branch.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 or state registrations required or completed within 180 days of starting.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Share the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manage their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs.
• Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Make lives of clients more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
