Job summary

Chase Private Client Banker at a Chase Branch will represent our brand and culture with hospitality, delivering banking solutions and technology to affluent clients. You will manage complete banking relationships, solicit referrals, and grow client balances while adhering to banking regulations.

The role requires ability to work branch hours with weekends; licenses or licensing within 180 days; strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase's licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Actively manage assigned clients and their banking relationships with an advice-based approach to recommend products and services.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts for specialized needs.
