Town + Country Resources seeks a Private Chef in California to prepare fresh vegetarian meals for a private household. You will plan weekly menus, grocery shop, organize the kitchen, manage inventory, and plate a three‑course dinner served around 6:30 pm, with schedule flexibility across Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat.

The ideal candidate has vegetarian and Indian cuisine experience, a farm-to-table mindset, and a creative, collaborative approach to consistently nourishing, beautifully plated meals.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a professional Private Chef with passion for fresh, organic, health-focused cooking.
• Experience in vegetarian cooking and Indian cuisine is required.
• Ability to plan menus, source ingredients, and present meals beautifully.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly menus and grocery shopping for a vegetarian household.
• Prepare breakfast, light lunch, and three-course dinner with plating.
• Maintain kitchen organization, inventory, and clean workspace.
• Prepare and serve dinner between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm, with flexible scheduling.
