You will ensure cellular/radio infrastructure reliability, analyze requirements, and develop architectures aligning with business goals. The role requires 8–10 years of telecom/network experience, strong TCP/IP and RF knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Cellular Engineer is responsible for the development of standards, solution architectures and roadmaps for private Cellular and Radio infrastructure. This individual will work with business facing teams & users to design appropriate solutions that meet business requirements for cellular network demands across North America locations.
This individual successfully analyzes requirements and designs technical solutions for complex problems. This person evaluates technical and economic feasibility of systems solutions (e.g., costs, benefits, feature/functionality, interoperability, scalability, maintainability, etc.) based on the full technology life cycle. The person in this role will support the department’s objectives by ensuring the stability and availability of cellular/radio network hardware and software, by planning capacity of the Cellular infrastructure for Campus, Manufacturing sites, Data Centers and other remote sites. The Cellular Engineer collaborates with other network teams (LAN, WAN, Security) and domain architects to evaluate and introduce new technology standards.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management
Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
