Job summary

The All Seniors Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. We provide in-home care and other services to help seniors maintain dignity, safety, and independence.

We are seeking compassionate Private Caregivers to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes, support daily activities, and help ensure well-being with individualized care plans. Flexible schedules include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality (essential).
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy character.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm in emergencies.
• Physical capability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• CPR/first aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Offer companionship through conversation, reading, games, or other enriching activities.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure safety.
• Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings as required.
• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
