Job summary

All Seniors Foundation seeks a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home companionship and daily living support to seniors in the Los Angeles area. You will assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and safety monitoring, helping clients maintain independence and comfort at home.

Qualifications

Role Overview

we are looking for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) who will assist seniors with daily tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. This role is crucial to ensuring that elderly clients receive personalized care, allowing them to remain at home with dignity and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Help with personal care activities like grooming, dressing, and basic hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dietary considerations.
• Support clients with light housekeeping and organizational tasks.
• Offer companionship, engaging in meaningful conversation and activities.

What to Expect on the Job

On any given day, you may help with personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. You’ll work directly inside seniors' homes across the LA area, often building lasting bonds with the families you serve. Schedules range from part-time and per-diem to full-time, with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts available depending on client need.
