Job summary

Troon in Estero, FL is seeking a Part-Time Beach Attendant for West Bay Club. You will meet and greet owners and guests at the private beach and help set up and breakdown chairs and umbrellas, delivering friendly, high‑quality service.

The role requires walking or running on sand, lifting 50+ pounds, swimming for five minutes, and working in hot outdoor conditions while communicating in English with guests. Healthcare, retirement benefits, and other plans are provided.

Qualifications

• Meets and greets all owners and guests visiting the private beach.
• Able to walk, jog, or run on sand.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Withstand high heat environment for more than 8 hours at a time.
• Communicate in English with owners and guests in a private club environment.
• Ability to swim for more than 5 minutes.
• Provide a high level of customer service with a positive attitude in a physically demanding environment.
• Set up and breakdown beach chairs and umbrellas.
