Qualifications

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field.
• Requires Credit Qualification per established processes and policies.
• Experience in Commercial Loan underwriting and lending operations.
• Strong knowledge of personal and commercial credit products and monitoring processes.
• Deep understanding of loan and security documentation, including registration and renewal routines.
• Solid technical proficiency gained through education or business experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to identify, diagnose and resolve problems within established rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new business proposals or client presentations.
• Assist with client meetings and required account documentation.
• Develop client communications as required and improve service levels.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure timely resolution of client questions and processing of transactions.
• Provide after-sales support and handle exceptions per Bank policy.
• Monitor lending documentation and ensure compliance with terms.
• Support risk assessment, profitability analysis and reporting.
• Participate in audits, risk management, and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.
