Job summary

Key Private Bank (KPB) seeks an Associate Relationship Manager to lead high-net-worth client engagements, delivering tailored banking, borrowing and investment guidance from Plymouth Meeting, PA. You’ll expand existing relationships and identify new growth opportunities through proactive advisory support.

In this hybrid role, you’ll coordinate with the advisory team, meet sales goals, and represent Key's client-first approach while ensuring compliance and superior service across the client

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial services-related experience (required).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• FINRA licenses preferred (S7, S66, S63, S65).

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to retain, expand and acquire client relationships; gather information and consult with team to recommend banking, borrowing and investment solutions.
• Engages and coordinates the extended advisory team; acts as client advocate; involve Market Leader as needed.
• Develops understanding of clients' needs and captures goals in a financial plan.
• Maintains knowledge of KPB Sales Process, Client Experience and Client Service Standards.
• Follows client review process and documents progress using tracking tools.
• Meets/exceeds sales goals by expanding relationships, closing referrals, and generating new business.
• Delivers in-person client presentations and proposals with financial solutions.
• Participates in community organizations and supports local presence.
